Fernanda Villagra
Fernanda is our new housekeeper and also serves at the table. Born in Rio Gallegos. Studying Engineering in Natural Resources. Into a lot of outdoor activities like sports, fishing, camping and the like.

”Yony”

River guard, and keeps our 4 wd pick up trucks running, fixes everything  with almost nothing. Assisting on arrival and departure of our guests.

Guides:
Juan Carlos Moreno
”The big man”
Knows the river like the back of his hand.
Ties ”killer-flies” and used to poach the river wherever it was possible. He has fished this river for more than 18 years.
Diego H. Peralta
”The salsa-king”
Not only an excellent guide, who used to poach with ”The big man”, and therefore knows the river very well, he can also teach you a ”salsa-move” or two on the river bank if you feel like.
Diego A. Coscia
”Pollo” (chicken)
Probably one of the best flycasters in Argentina, with both single and double-handed rods.
Excellent ”fish-finder”, should have called him ”sonar”.
Always chearful with a big smile on his face.
Claudio N. Martin
”Cebolla” (onion)
Has worked many years on the river as a flyfishing guide. A man of details, precision and approximately ½ a million flies, and you’ll try ’em all.

Juan Manuel Biott

"Juanito" 

Juanito is our latest aquisition to the guides gang. 25 years old, he's from Rio Gallegos like the rest of our crew. A singer and guitar player as well as a graduate in Tourism. He's been fishing since childhood and has developed quickly into a fully skilled LOOP guide"

Sofia Walsh
Graduated at Bue Trainers institute in BA, this is going to be her second year making the most delicious dishes in Las Buitreras Lodge. Besides, You’ll be charmed with her sweetest deserts…
